The Program

Every day, you will be guided through practices and healing experiences that awaken profound aliveness within you. Dr. David will work hands-on with each participant in group sessions, helping you release blocks and awaken new currents of energy. Lila will hold space daily through breathwork and deep healing, opening pathways for softness, presence, and expansion.

Together, we will create a safe, sacred container where you can explore, transform, and grow. Each session builds upon the last—layer by layer—so that the aliveness within you flows more freely each day. Movement, meditation, visualization, and embodied practices will help you feel more connected to yourself, to others, and to the life-force moving through you.

By the end of the retreat, you will carry home not only a renewed sense of vitality but also tools and practices to sustain this energy in your daily life and relationships.

Dr. David Breitbach

David is a pioneer in transformational healing. For over three decades, he has guided thousands through office visits, retreats, and seminars, helping people create energized, empowered, and radiant lives. With degrees in neuroscience, psychobiology, and chiropractic, plus training in Chinese medicine, he integrates science and the healing arts in a unique way.

David’s passion is to awaken profound aliveness—the vitality that fuels passion, purpose, and authentic connection. Through his hands-on work, guided visualizations, and intuitive insight, he helps transform limiting beliefs into enlivening currents of wisdom and empathy. The result is a river of aliveness flowing through body and soul, empowering people to heal, thrive, and create meaningful relationships.

Lila Holdal

Lila is a passionate mentor in the art of energy, embodiment, and sensual awakening. With training as a kundalini facilitator, tantra teacher, and five levels of breathwork and healing, she creates powerful spaces where transformation unfolds.

Lilas passion is to ignites the spark of life within you—on every level. Her work helps you move out of your head and into your body, into the senses, and back to your feminine strength and full bloom.

With a background as nutrition therapist, yoga teacher, and motivator, she has specialized in supporting balance in hormones, the nervous system, and overall energy. Through her unique blend of science, wisdom, and embodiment practices, she shows how small shifts can open the way to radiant vitality, deeper intimacy, and a fully expressed life.
